Trail Unedited is excited to present mother of two, personal trainer, coach and trail runner, Lyn Hausser Lyn is an inspiring and strong woman who has endured a lot of pain in her life. She opened up and talked about a difficult time in her life where she lived in an abusive relationship, the impact that had on her mentally and physically, and her decision to leave that toxic environment with her two little girls, for their health and safety. Lyn took us on a journey and talked about growing up on a farm in Ontario, how she got started in athletics, being a mother to two little girls, how coach muffin came to be and so much more!
