Trail Unedited welcomes podcaster, Ultra Endurance athlete and running coach, Mark Bottenhorn. Mark has battled anxiety and depression and his mission in life is to promote a fit and healthy lifestyle and to inspire others while doing so. He let’s those battling with mental health disorders and mental illness know that they are not alone. He is currently working with athletes of all fitness levels varying from Olympic trial hopefuls, elite obstacle course racers to first time 5k runners.
