OCR Unedited is excited to welcome back an exceptionally talented young OCR athlete, Bailey Stonham. Bailey graduated her High School with honours and got early acceptance into her university of choice. She is currently part of Luge Canada and recently competed at the Natural Luge European Championships in Italy. She has also developed an obstacle fitness program called “Bring it On” for all ages and fitness levels. Bailey talks to us about what she has been doing for the past year, becoming a coach and developing an obstacle fitness program, her training and nutrition, her goals for 2021 and so much more!
